Constantly alternating stresses such as load, cornering, ascents or descents – truck tyres have to adapt to a broad variety of requirements during regional transports. The product series Conti Hybrid is Continental’s answer to these challenges. They ordered a web-based training (WBT) for tyre retailers which introduces the three tyres of the series. At the same time it should create understanding for customer wishes in regional transports.

To make the information as clear and tangible as possible, we didactically reduced the content and edited it using an appropriate correspondence of text and image. By alternating pure explanatory sequences and interactive self-checking exercises, the participants can easily follow the training. They get well prepared to pass the information to their customers.
