As part of the qualification as “Certified Car salesman” our client, Volkswagen Financial Services AG, asked us for editing the basics of service business in car selling.
The aim was to embed the online trainings into a blended learning concept to prepare the salesmen for the following face-to-face seminars. The main focus of the trainings was on the topics: financial services, mobility services and insurances.
It’s not easy to implement such a broad range of topics as online trainings without asking for a huge time commitment from the participants. For this reason we divided each topic into 3-4 study packs with a duration of 10-12 minutes each.
For the trainings we developed a special learning world at a car dealership. Illustrations helped to make the theoretical basics understandable. Practical examples support the training and reflection of customer interactions.
